Easter Fun!

This week we have already had a super busy week.

On Monday we visited Barley’s Coffee Shop with our home made Easter bonnets. We had a brilliant time seeing everyone and we even got a special Easter goodie bag for taking part.

Then we had our parents and carers in for a get together. We had lots of fun showing them our Wow books.

Nursery plans week beginning 13th of March.

We are planning another busy week next week with lots of different activities and will continue with the story ‘Dinosaurs in the Supermarket’ where we will be using positional language in our own supermarket role play area with our dinosaurs.

As we love baking we will be making chocolate chip cookies (as requested by Nursery and Reception children). Later on in the week we will be making smarties cookies and fairy cakes to put towards the Comic Relief Bake sale on Friday after school.

The children will also be learning about traditions at St. Patrick’s Day, including a new song.

During Challenge Time with Reception we will be looking at the work of Hamish Mackie.

As we do, we will be taking our fortnightly trip to the Library van to have a look at some new books.

What are we doing this week?

From the week beginning Monday, 6th of February we have the following adult initiated plans. These plans may change depending on the children’s interests and are never steadfast.
