Our bookfair is open Monday 12th, 8.30 am to 8.45 am and then 3.15 pm to 3.30 pm; Tuesday 13th, 8.30 am to 8.45 am and then 3.15 pm to 3.30 pm; Wednesday 14th, 8.30 am to 8.45 am. Class 3 play quidditch
As part of our spooky week focus on Harry Potter, the class learned the rules to the magical sport of quidditch and played a tournament between the Hogwarts houses of Gryffindor, Hufflepuff and Slytherin.
Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal
We are supporting the Royal British Legion in their Poppy Appeal whereby you can obtain your poppy from our school office and leave your monetary donation.

Spellings this week are ten spellings that have been spelt incorrectly over the course of the half term.
Homework
For this week, children in Class 3 need to practise their spellings, read every day and log on to Times Tables Rockstars to revise their times tables.
Spooky Writing Week
Class 3 have kicked off their spooky writing week with a surprise – this morning, Mr Taylor turned into a skeleton!
In the afternoon, we listened to Jake who told the class two stories. In one, the class got to create their own characters for the story!
