Bag 2 School Collection

Thank you for your support.  Items to be at school no later than 9.00 am please.  Thank you.

WHAT BAG 2 SCHOOL COLLECT

The following ‘good quality’ items for RE-USE*:

  • Men’s, Ladies’ and Children’s clothing
  • Paired shoes (tied together or elastic band around)
  • Handbags
  • Hats
  • Bags
  • Scarves and ties
  • Jewellery
  • Lingerie
  • Socks
  • Belts
  • Soft toys
  • Household linen
  • Household curtains
  • Household towels
  • Household bedding (bed sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers)

* We reserve the right to refuse any unsuitable items

We DO NOT accept:

  • Duvets and blankets
  • Pillows and cushions
  • Carpets, rugs and mats (including bath, shower and toilet mats)
  • Soiled, painted, ripped or wet clothing
  • School uniforms with and without logo
  • Corporate clothing and workwear
  • Textile off cuts, yarns or threaded material

 

Bank Holiday

Cheswardine Primary School and Nursery will be closed accordingly for the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.

Y6 visit to Stoke on Tern Church

Our Y6 children will be joining with Y6 children from our local benefices to meet for a leavers activity day at Stoke on Tern Church.  The visit will take place during our normal school times.

Your child will require a packed lunch on this day, water bottle, uniform and cap.
