Application For Transfer To Secondary School – September 2023
Parents of Year 6 children are directed to the online application process at https://shropshire.gov.uk/school-admissions regarding transfer to secondary school in September 2023. Here you will find the Parents’ Guide to Education in Shropshire 2023/24 booklets containing detailed information on the process.
The closing date for applications is 31st October 2022.

Please note Monday 19th September is now a Bank Holiday. Cheswardine Primary and Nursery School will be closed accordingly for the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.

There are growing challenges around criminal exploitation being experienced across Shropshire.
Due to the pervasive nature of criminal exploitation and as we swiftly approach the summer break, schools are asked by Shropshire Council’s Executive Director of People, Tanya Miles, to share with parents and carers the attached information leaflet which provides a range of essential information.
