Activsports Half Term Club at Market Drayton Junior School
Activsports will be running a Football camp/ holiday club at Market Drayton Junior School for 3 days during the up-coming half term.Venue:Market Drayton Junior SchoolDates:Monday 30th May, Tuesday 31st May and Wednesday 1st June.Times:8:30am – 3:30pm.Cost:£15.00 per day or all 3 days for £40.00. VAT inclusive.You must bring a packed lunch and a drink. Water will be available to refill bottles. Football boots and shin pads are advised as well as sunscreen/ cap if it’s very sunny.Maximum 25 places available per day and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. To book a place you must emailjason@activ-sports.co.uk and request a booking form. We can only accept banks transfer as payment and this must be paid at the time of booking. Details will be given on booking form. Other payment options such as cash and cheque may be arranged for those that do not have access to internet banking.Available to children that are currently in year 1 to year 6. Children can attend from any school.Please do not contact the school office as this is an external club where the school is letting their facilities to Activsports and we are managing all payments and bookings.This is not a HAF club.
Bookfest Big Book Award Ceremony 2022!
Class 3 did amazingly well at the Bookfest Big Book Award Ceremony and received a runners up prize out of for their brilliant SkyWake Invasion movie trailer! What an amazing achievement to have had their hard work recognised out of so many schools all over the county! We are extremely proud of them!

Free School Transport – Year 6 pupils – Secondary School Transport
Any parents/carers of year 6 pupils, who wish to apply for free school transport for their child/children from September 2022, should do so before 31st May 2022. Applications can be made online at https://shropshire.gov.uk/school-transport/ or over the phone with the Council’s Customer Service Team by calling 0345 6789008. Alternatively, should you require a paper copy of the application form, please do not hesitate to contact the school or Passenger Transport directly via email, schooltransport@shropshire.gov.uk or over the phone on the above telephone number. It is important to explain that, if the application is not received by 31st May 2022, the Authority may be unable to provide transport for the beginning of the autumn term 2022 and parents/carers will need to make their own transport arrangements. Access to school transport is not permitted until entitlement has been confirmed.
