Flu immunisation for pupils in Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6
Your child’s annual Flu immunisation (Flu Spray) is now due. All primary school-aged children in Reception through to Year 6 are offered the vaccine.
The immunisation team will be visiting our school on Tuesday 5th October 2021.
Please see the parent/guardian letter below and consent form. Please return your consent form as soon as possible to the school office. Thank you.
