Jamie Russell Author Visit
We were lucky enough to be joined by the amazing author of SkyWake Invasion; Jamie Russell!
He told us about his amazing and interesting career as a writer and film critic and now as a children’s author!
The children took part in a brilliant sci-fi writing workshop and even had a chance to play Space Invaders!

Dance club – Final performance piece!
Our amazing key stage 2 dance club have been working extremely hard all term practising their dance routine to ‘Revolting Children’ from the Matilda musical.

Class 3’s Balanced Argument – Should birds be kept in cages?
Continuing with the term’s topic of The Amazing Americas, Class 3 have been conducting research as to whether it is ethical and fair to keep birds in cages.

RSPB Big Garden Bird Watch
Class 3 took part in the RSPB Big Bird Watch this morning! After making fat balls earlier in the week and hanging them around the school grounds, we ventured out this morning armed with clip boards to try and spot as many different bird species as possible! It was hugely successful!
