We are back tomorrow and ready to see our children who we have missed lots!
In line with social distancing our Nursery children will have their own ‘stations’ but we will still be joining together for registration and other activities.
We also have a hand washing station outside and covered areas so that we can enjoy our outdoor area whatever the weather.
We can’t wait to see some of you tomorrow and have some fun together!

Before half term we looked at some different forms of microbes. We learnt that they can be harmful or helpful. Today we will think about harmful microbes. Have a look at the following powerpoint and discuss whether you think a microbe is making the person unwell.
Then you can discuss the reasons why they are ill, it may not always be due to a microbe.

Now complete the puzzles about harmful microbes.

Staff at School have been working hard to ensure that the classrooms meet social distancing regulations and that the children have everything they need to prevent unnecessary movement around the classrooms.
Each classroom has a hand washing station, as well as hand sanitiser and we have also purchased pedal bins for each classroom to minimise contact with surfaces.
Thank you to Mr Cappaert for spraying yellow lines two metres apart for parents/carers to wait at a safe distance when collecting their child/children from school. We ask that everyone abides by the two metre system and that no one passes the first yellow line during drop-off and collection.
Children are not required to bring in any stationary from home, just a packed lunch and a water bottle.
Thank you for your continued support during these strange times!
We are really looking forward to welcoming you back!

Over the May half term I would like you to finish reading the books that I gave you in your learning packs. After half term we will complete some final writing tasks based on these books.
